If it does not put forward in advance, it will be deemed as automatic abandonment.

5. Party B shall be responsible for the correctness of the inspection and testing conclusions, and the inspection and testing conclusions issued are only for the samples provided by Party A.

Either party shall keep the other party's trade secrets and other confidential materials and information known or contacted by the other party due to the signing or performance of this contract. Without the written consent of the other party, neither party shall disclose, give or transfer such confidential information to a third party, unless such information has been disclosed or provided at the request of relevant regulatory authorities.

Any party who fails to perform its obligations in accordance with this contract shall be liable for breach of contract. If the other party suffers economic losses due to breach of contract, the breaching party shall compensate the observant party for all actual losses.
